What will you gain from this workshop?
We can define mindfulness as – a state of mind and way of being, that when cultivated regularly, promotes an inclusive, accepeting and authentic experience of the present moment. I will be presenting research from my book Mindfulness at Work, The Practice & Science of Mindfulness for leaders, coaches and facilitators. We will be looking at the latest neuroscience about mindfulness. We will learn how mindfulness can help us to be present and focused, be more productive, master our emotions, improve our wellbeing, lower our stress, and make us more resilient so that we can cope better with adversity.
