Before coaching, I led large-scale international software projects for INFOR and worked with clients like Boeing, Rolls Royce Marine, and Elcoteq. I understand the pressures of cross-cultural leadership, tight deadlines, and high-stakes decision-making.

Since 2006, I’ve coached and trained leaders in tech, health, government, education, and finance including Microsoft, L’Oréal, Elevance Health, Apple, Checkmarx, and several embassies.
