The Mindful ACT Leadership Model
Most leadership models tell you what to do. The Mindful ACT Leadership Model helps you understand how you lead and why it matters.
The Mindful ACT model grew out of 20 years of working with Directors, VPs, CTOs, and Founders across 40+ countries — and what I kept seeing get in the way of their next level. It is also the foundation of my book, Mindfulness at Work.
What is the Mindful ACT Leadership Model?
The model has three pillars. The most effective leaders don’t focus on just one. They hold all three in awareness at the same time.
Why it works
The model isn’t a checklist. It’s a lens. When leaders apply it, they stop reacting to the loudest problem in the room and start leading with intention. They make better decisions, build stronger teams, and create next level impact in their organisations.

Most frameworks focus on behaviour or output. The Mindful ACT model works at the level of awareness. It helps leaders see themselves clearly, strengthen the relationships that matter most, and understand the wider system they are operating in. The result is leadership that is not just effective but sustainable.
