What will you gain from this workshop?
Meditation and mindful practice reduces stress and anxiety, increases focus and attention and helps us to live in the present. In a very practical workshop participants learn mindful exercises to practice everyday.
Mindfulness is Conscious Living. It influences everything and everyone we interact with. Life has a way of presenting itself and there is very little way to control those conditions, actually it’s impossible to control and the only thing we can control is the relationship we have to our thoughts about what is occurring. This is wisdom. Almost half of our waking time our minds wander. Research has shown that a wandering mind is not a happy mind. Thoughts of the past and thoughts of the future. How awake and present are we to the present moment? How often do our worries take us to horror stories of what may be? Through mindfulness practice and meditation we understand more about our thinking and how we see things in the world. With this understanding comes a whole new opportunity for self correction and making changes in our lives so that we live the life we want.

Hi there, I am a mindfulness practitioner, leadership coach and trainer. I am author of Mindfulness at Work, The Practice & Science of Mindfulness for leaders, coaches and facilitators. I have been practicing Mindfulness for over a decade and it's very much a part of my work and private life.
