We can define mindfulness as - a state of mind and way of being, that when cultivated regularly, promotes an inclusive, accepeting and authentic experience of the present moment. I will be presenting research from my book Mindfulness at Work, The Practice & Science of Mindfulness for leaders, coaches and facilitators. We will be looking at the latest neuroscience about mindfulness. We will learn how mindfulness can help us to be present and focused, be more productive, master our emotions, improve our wellbeing, lower our stress, and make us more resilient so that we can cope better with adversity.

Hi there, I am a mindfulness practitioner, leadership coach and trainer. I am author of Mindfulness at Work, The Practice & Science of Mindfulness for leaders, coaches and facilitators. I have been practicing Mindfulness for over a decade and it's very much a part of my work and private life. I did my teachers training in mindfulness with International Disciplinary Center (IDC) in Israel and Bangor University in the UK.
