Why join this program?
Mindfulness is Conscious Living. It influences everything and everyone we interact with. Life has a way of presenting itself and there is very little way to control those conditions, actually it’s impossible to control and the only thing we can control is the relationship we have to our thoughts about what is occurring. This is wisdom.
What When How What?
MBSR is a 8 week training that has been taken by tens of thousands of people all over the world.
The program includes eight 2 ¼ hours weekly meetings.
Participants learn mindfulness practices for work and home.
A variety of exercises including meditation, body scan, mindful movement, and inquiry.
During the program participants practice daily exercises learnt in class.
Language: Program is in English
Location: Raanana, Israel
When: Thursdays, Start 27th October – 15th December. 09:00 - 11:30
There is also a one time Intensive Day Training on Friday 9:00 - 14:30
Who can join: Any person wanting to learn mindfulness practices that research has shown can transform your life and help you be more present, more healthy, productive and less stressed.
No previous experience is required.

About your MBSR facilitator - Samantha Amit
Hi there, I am a mindfulness practitioner, leadership coach and trainer. I am currently co-authoring Mindfulness at Work - The Psychology of Mindfulness for leaders and organizations, to be published in 2017. I have been practicing Mindfulness for over a decade and it's very much a part of my work and private life. I did my teachers training in mindfulness with International Disciplinary Center (IDC) in Israel and Bangor University in the UK.
