At the Center For Development and Leadership, we are passionate about helping organizations to proactively FOCUS on what is important to succeed and balance, and to thrive professionally and personally, positively influencing how organizations collaborate and communicate within and with their customers.
Coaching is extremely powerful for executives and teams, especially in dealing and being successful in a global and competitive economy, where uncertainty and ever increasing change is a daily challenge. Although Coaching was initially an intervention to solve problems in organizations, this has changed because of the tremendous results seen by companies with coaching programs. Today top companies, in industries across the board are including coaching as part of their standard leadership development and training program.
Organizations of all sizes and across different industries are experiencing the value of executive, team and group coaching. Coaching enables learning that supports taking new actions and moving forward while encouraging shifts in thinking and behavior.
journey has taken me more and more to meet people who want to make a difference in their work and personal lives, this lead me to found the Center for Development and Leadership. Our clients have a high sense of integrity and want to thrive in all life areas. Success and results are extremely important to the managers we work with and yet relationships and empathy towards colleagues come first. Collaboration and communication drive results.
Our clients are achievers who want to be more productive than they are
today. Self Management is key for managing the self, and relation management for working with all stakeholders.
We use a systematic model for working on an organizational, interpersonal and personal level that incorporates Mental, Physical and Emotional awareness and practices, in a model I have developed and named Conscious Management.
My Coaching and Training is inspired by the teachings of many including
Kabat-Zinn, Byron Katie, David Allen, Stephen Covey,
Wayne Dyer, Lau Tzu
(wrote famous Tao te ching), and Gangaji.
"I went to the woods because I wished to live
deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life,
and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and
not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived."
- Henry David Thoreau
"It is your attitude, not your aptitude, that determines your altitude."
